Today I am so excited to share a photo shoot that has been almost a year in the making here at Depiction Portraits.
I took sweet Aubrie’s photos when she was a newborn, look at those sweet cheeks! Such a little cherub, she contentedly snoozed for the majority of the photo shoot. (Side note: Parents, if you want newborn portraits, the best time to take them are between 5-14 days new!)
Even though Aubrie stole the show… Her older brothers, Hunter and Austin, took some time to snuggle up with their baby sister. They are going to be such great big brothers and I can tell they will always be looking out for their baby princess.
Aubrie also cuddled up to her mom and dad, Sara and Wade, in a few photographs as well. Sara is so excited to finally have a girl in the family after being outnumbered for so long!
Fast forward quite a few months, Aubrie is now 10 months old! She and her Mama decided they needed some girl time so we set up a “Mommy and Me” session. We had so much fun at the studio taking these photographs. It’s amazing how much a personality can form in less than a year. From a cozy and cuddly infant, to a vibrant and bubbly baby girl.
You can tell from the photos how much she loves her Mama! Although a few times her love was shown with a head butt, I guess that’s what happens when you’re surrounded by two older brothers!
I wanted Sara's portraits to have a timeless look, and you can’t go wrong with white and a whole lot of lace. The two looked absolutely stunning together in their portraits. And can we talk about how adorable the romper is that Aubrie is wearing? It’s so soft, oh to be a baby again and always wear comfy clothing. Isn’t the lace detailing beautiful against the knit contrast?
I cannot express how much I adore this portrait session! If you want to schedule Newborn or a Mommy & Me session with Depiction Portraits send me an email at Diana@depictionportraits.com, or click the “Contact” tab on this page. I look forward to hearing from you and capturing special moments like the ones Aubrie and her family shared with me!
All the best
